Legally, no.

Ethics are a different matter--and as this is an "open" community, you 
"should" justify anything you "close."

Why?  It's unweildy for you to place a "You can disribute this if you do 
that" line?

If you *DID* do that, I could, for example, copy the FAQ to my laptop, and 
then show interested people who I want to sell on some aspect of the OGL.

Yes, I do.  So is Ryan's.  But I merely offered advice, just like I do to 
anyone else with an OG project.    I didn't have a "real" say in what went 
into the FAQ.

You tried to be fair and unbiased, and present all of the points of 
view--but it's colorned nonetheness, if only by your company's sponsorship 
of the FAQ.


I think a good question to ask at this point is "what would it take to make 
the unofficial FAQ the offical one?"
