(e) "Product Identity" means [list omitted] and any other trademark or registered trademark clearly identified as Product identity by the owner of the Product Identity, and which specifically excludes the Open Game Content;
"Product Identity" is "non-OGC which is mixed in with OGC. The definition provides a way for identifying and specifically excluding this material from OGC.
