If someone really abused this hypothetical concept of
putting the section 15 stuff on the cover, then that
producer could be proceeded against as having
improperly "indicated compatibility". There is a
rememdy, so dont worry about it. 

If you are going to worry about that far-fetched
scenario, then you might as well go all the way and
worry about someone ripping you off altogehter and not
even using the license. There is more chance of that
IMHO than there is of what you propose.

Your concern on this matter has gone beyond the realm
of the actual and into the overly-speculative and
paranoid.

Speaking of that, there is this guy on the list named
Faust that you might want to meet.... :)
