Isn't the Sigil asking about another Mongoose product now that simply has the same boilerplate language?

Matthew didn't issue a blanket declaration that all his products with this boilerplate were 100% OGC did he?  If he did, I must have misread it as applying only to Ultimate Feats (which had what I thought were a ton of verbatim extracts from the NBOF and the SRD).

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought the Sigil was addressing a different product -- the Quintessential Dwarf.
