My current suspect is `DelayedFileWriter` class
Even if I tell it to `.flush()` and exit the program early after writing the
first few lines, I still get an empty file.
Also, I get empty output no matter which rbas file I compile, which is weird,
because when I compiler with scons, all of them except
`build/achievements.rbas.bas` are non-empty
