I did figure out why "Test Game" wasn't working on mac.
I was running `open OHRRPGCE-Custom.app` out of the source where I built it. It
was trying to run `ohrrpgce-game` from the same folder, which doesn't work for
me.
Copying both `OHRRPGCE-*.app` files to a different folder works around the
problem for me.
