This is controlled by the following file in SVN: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/ooo/ooo-site/trunk/content/de/brand.mdtext If we want a German translation of the announcement then the following should happen: 1) Someone checks in an HTML translation of the announcement, into some place under https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/ooo/ooo-site/trunk/content/de/ 2) brand.mdtext is updated with new announce, announceurl and announcetip Note: getting content into SVN can be done several ways: a) Committers can access directly with svn clients, or the CMS b) other contributors can use the anonymous interface to the CMS c) Anyone can also send patches or changes to the list d) patches can also be attached to Bugzilla issues Getting the files into the right place is the easy part, and we have many who can help with this.
