Or, I'd be OK if we wanted to wait until we've gone through a full
translation cycle before splitting off separate lists
Ideally, those lists would just be a place where volunteers coordinate
and can use their native language. Private conversations and ooo-l10n
conversations would probably not work since the risk to miss someone is
quite high if you are 3+ people. So we should:
- Have at least one person per language subscribe to ooo-l10n; this
person will ask questions and receive mentoring (can be more than one of
course)
- Have all volunteers for a specific language subscribe to a dedicated
list, which gets created once we reach a small critical mass (something
like "more than 3 people").
