We are at the Apache HTTP server home! I assume it's a proper server installation; it's just not LAMP (AFAIK the ASF does not even use Linux, it uses versions of BDS). The CMS supports Dotiac::DTL, a perl port of django's templating library, see http://www.apache.org/dev/cms.html#solution http://www.dotiac.com/cgi-bin/index.pl It knows conditional statements, loops, etc. but all these is static: you have to build the site in order to generate the content, which ends up being static, aside from the SSI.
