Ah. OK.  You might need to do an "update" in the CMS.  The CMS is
looking at a working copy of the website's source files.  If someone
changes something directly via an SVN checkin, the CMS does not see
that change until you do an update.  This can be done via the CMS web
UI at the level of a file or directory.
