should explain where the tools are for both Windows, Mac and Ubuntu. If
you have done a checkout or update of the docs, you should already have
them! I defer to PO to expound on the status re the Linux platforms.
As always, questions on the Windows tools are welcome.

documentation, and in the meantime there has been so much different
things in between that I forgot the locations for the documentation.
