Hi Chris,
This has happened in PINES when the bill does not close properly. It has been reported as a bug and I believe it has been fixed for later versions.
What I did was go in and add a penny to the bill and then pay the penny to force the bill to close.

In 3.2, there is no actions menu in the other/special circulations menu. This is generally where the non-cataloged items show up. I’m not sure if this is a feature or bug. (I feel like that should be a trivia category)
