Hi Bone, please try one thing:Go to http://demo2.openca.info/ and try to create a certificate here, that looks similar to your requests - if this works we can gi for sure that it is not an OpenCA Bug but a config issue... Besides look at the docs provided here for UTF8 setup, perhaps you find a hint here...
