Tim,

Unfortunately, cramming everything into one day will be extremely difficult
if not impossible. Following the pattern we set at the last meeting in Rome,
sponsored by the FAO/IAEA of the UN the first day was devoted to
presentations and the second to putting collaboration to work....this lead
to the LABinfo project amongst other things. There might be a way to
integrate the agendas of the two meetings so that there is less conflict.

The NHS staff did their best to find a time and place for the meeting that
met the various requests we received. This was the only time near medinfo
that we could find. The alternative would have been an early July meeting.
