Just a few suggestions..
1. Plan to do something on the evening of 5th. MEDINFO winds down from
lunchtime.
2. The fact that NHSIA is supporting the meeting is the important signal to
the world.
3. Building in a clash with the PHCSG Cambridge meeting will annoy some key
people who are not worth annoying. That meeting does not get going until
mid-morning on 7th. Confirmed speakers include Don Lindberg and Enrico
Coiera. Please try to avoid it by coming to Cambridge yourself. Nice city
less than an hour from London by train. The NHS people are aware of the
clash and would like to avoid it.
4. Put all of the secondary care stuff explicitly on the Friday.
5. One local issue that creates confusion and should be addressed is the
potential relationship, if any, between Crown Copyright and CopyLeft.
