Attendees will have to look after their own travel and accommodation
expenses. Since there will be a limit to the number of people we will be
able to accommodate in the facilities we may have to charge a small fee for
attending to make sure that those that register show up.

Thank you for your suggestions as to topics to cover, they are all subjects
we intend to cover.
