The UK Brit Med Assoc (BMA) complained the media that general practice (GP) primary care doctors at ~10 min per appointment resented the displacement of their focus away from the patient represented by concurrent data entry.


This seems like a good point.

Could this be solved with some sort of structured english voice 2 text system? Lots of clinicians use a dictaphone while interviewing patients.
