Hi all!
in my opinion in a meeting room all the partecipants should be with audio
on. The moderator could mute one or more of them. Usually the moderator is a
expert in openmeetings and he could mute a user with problem with the mic
(or configuration).
Everyone must have a button to disable his audio and video: open flash
properties or reset device is long.... :)

In conference room, as now, only the moderator has audio and video enable.
He could enable and disable the audio of one or more user. Is a good thing
that the moderator enable/disable video and whiteboard too to other user
without change moderator.

Bye
Roberto
