The binary I sent above still bricks my oocd connections. I am not 100%
sure why, but I believe that it reconfigures the reset GPIO line to be a
regular output pin and pulls it low.

Anyway, if I have a proper C code with good startup scripts, everything
works just fine. The interesting part is that I can't use oocd to remove
the old code from the board, even with the reset line working and
everything. I have to use the drag&drop method using the mbed code. That
successfully reflashes the unit. Once that's done, oocd works to debug the
new, good C code without any problems.
