I managed to get my device into a similar state to the one that Thomas
reports this morning. I had not made any changes to my code since it was
working fine yesterday evening. First attempt to flash the part started
reporting Read Errors and from there I couldn't reconnect.

Symptoms as follows:
- Debugger disconnected - RST line is low for ~50us then goes high and
low again after a few us. This could be a very short WDOG timeout?
- With debugger connected, RST line cycles with quite slow rise and fall
times over around a 100us period between 1.0V and 1.5V.
- oocd reports garbage number of breakpoints and lots of read/write errors.

I realise this isn't very useful information for debugging the problem
but thought I'd record it anyway!

I need to get on with development so have taken a trip to Windows 8 to
use MSD to reflash the part and can now connect fine.
