gcc43-20090217-ber1.tar

I have created an updated package with a new tar version 1.22:
a47715730da44d071543b2264859eb2a08e80360 openpkg-20071227-20090324.src.rpm
4ab0b8a18a5f1e7b086b35e236000eb340643c6e openpkg-20071227-20090324.src.sh

It is temporarily available from
https://ftp.intevation.de/users/bernhard/scratch/
See https://www.intevation.de/roundup/kolab/issue2871 for how we integrate
this for the Kolab Server distribution.

My short test on Debian Lenny with gcc 4.3.3 was promissing.
Feedback appreciated.
