The only case that openct (in ifd_protocol_select) won't use T=1 is if the default protocol (first TA byte in ATR) says T=0, but a later TA byte indicates that T=2 is also supported. I do not believe this is a common case. most cards support only T=0 or only T=1.

so if t=1 shouldn't be a problem and cryptoflex does both
t=0 and t=1 I think, why do we have these problems with cryptoflex
and ccid? does cryptoflex also support T=2?
