Still the same problem :-( According to your new log file the problem does not occur with the APDU "00 B0 00 F0 10" but just before. The reader does not respond to a PC_to_RDR_GetSlotStatus command. Very strange. Can you send me a MyEID card so I can reproduce the problem myself?
