This is all and well, but if I'm not mistaken you promised to have a completely transparent wrapper around glGenTextures(), glGenRenderbuffersEXT(), etc. Sometimes you can't get around using the conventional OpenGL methods (e.g. in OpenGL code you can't modify and recompile for some reason)

Is that only scheduled for 2.0?
