Those files can be generated by the framework itself, once the user has 
defined the animation (the framework literally 'attaches' the 
user-defined animation data to the graph, and then the binary file is 
generated via the SceneFileHandler).
Have a look at the example files inside the 'Examples' folder in order 
to know how to do that ;)
