In this note, including the bits I've not quoted, I believe Rick has accurately stated my concerns. I've had a few conversations with him since this case was submitted and I did promise him that if I couldn't present an argument that would persuade him to derail it, or Alan to modify it, that I'd take that as an indication that I'm on the wrong track. I have no further objections, and I seem to have run out of my magic Persuasion powder. I think this bit will be good for the HSM products, so we'll take the good and run with it. Dean
