Ick.  I've filed CR 6463361 to cover removing the schizo/psycho fix
that added that LINTLIBRARY cruft.  I've also filed CR 6463362 against
montecarlo ttymux_dacf.  And I'm still researching.  It looks like
it's been cut-n-pasted in a few different places.
