Slight clarification: Because Sun owns the copyright on the word OpenSolaris, I suppose Sun _could_, in theory exercise ultimate veto power over the decisions of the CAB and the broader OpenSolaris community regarding the use of the word OpenSolaris, but that's so unthinkable it's irrelevant to this discussion, IMO.
