Yes - but one of the real culprits is, that there's no "nice-and-dirty"
command line tool for doing things, HP-UX has sam, AIX has smit(ty), Linux
(Suse) has yast (which works in commandline too)... 

It's a major pain to set up a system remotely with only telnet/ssh access
and "manually" with useradd etc.

It would be REALLY nice to have a curses based tool for admin tasks.
