In as polite and respectful a manner as is possible under the circumstances: I feel it's probably safe to say that we don't want your opinion if it is as nonconstructive as that.
You're not really helping anyone by taking stabs at people or organisations (particularly in capital letters) purely because something isn't going quite as well as you'd like.
It would be pertinent, I feel, to attempt not to start yet another ksh* flame-fest. If there's anything that discourages someone from further contribution to a project (for example, a project that integrates something you want into something that somebody else has some degree of control or influence over) it would have to be name-calling or flaming.
