So I'll ask again - where is the formal manifesto, and when is it going to be put to the community for a vote? This issue is about making sure that any decision that is made has the mandate of the community. Otherwise this debate will rumble on, and on, and on. Holding a vote would mean that a clear line could be drawn under the issue and the community could move on.
