I have checked with mingw32 developers. The reason tlhelp32.h is not in the
distribution because of its win95 only nature. In will never work under NT
4.0(SP6). I don't know whether mingw32 will include that header and lib in
future.
I am using gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release) for the built. It is the latest
release build. I did not try the snapshot one though.
