I don't like to play with Windows either, but job needs. Actually I am not using
the mingw32 as my main compiler (I am using VC for my work). Because mingw32 is
on hand so I use it to compile for testing only and give some support for the
project. The mingw32 does not include the tlhelp32.h header, so that cause the
main problem. I am sorry I can not produce you more than I post on the net. 

But even with commented out the code, I still get some error while trying to
create the library. You can see my compile log in the previous post.
