With 0.9.6e-dev, I get exactly the same failure in the RC4 test as has already been reported in this ticket. As for 0.9.8-dev, forget it for the moment, there are too damn many symbols missing in /usr/lib/libcrypto.dylib. The solution to this problem remains: move the delivered libcrypto.dylib and libssl.dylib found in /usr/lib, build OpenSSL, move the delivered files back, try to be happy with the result. Has anyone reported the problem with ld to Apple?
