Unless I've missed something, this should be a complete set of
replacement files to be laid over ("unzip -V", on VMS) a clean 1.0.0d
kit. The new "apps/openssl.c" obviates most of the other replacement
"apps/*.c" files in previous kits. It seems to work here, but
complaints are always welcome.
Other than the still-pending mystery of how best to handle the
pointer-sized replacement for "size_t", these changes may now be ready
to be ignored.
