I don't spot a Tumbleweed section to be updated there, only 13.1 and
13.2 sections.

Speaking of which, I did backport my JeOS /boot/vc changes to 13.1 and
13.2, but I'm afraid that Kiwi backports may be needed there, too.
13.1 Contrib has an old copypac version, 13.2 none.

In general I think it's a bad idea to link Factory or devel packages
into stable releases - it makes them highly unstable.
