Hi again Duncs,

I think I have already upgraded from 3.5 to 3.5.1…. The only thing is when
upgrading ALTovreport. I think that installing the new package it don’t
erase the older. This is the exit:

######################

/usr/local/bin/sudo /usr/sbin/pkgadd -d ALTovreport-2.2.2.252-sol10-all.pkg

The following packages are available:

  1  ALTovreport     Opsview reports module

                     (all) 2.2.2.252

Select package(s) you wish to process (or 'all' to process

all packages). (default: all) [?,??,q]:

Processing package instance <ALTovreport> from
</home/catrian/opsview-3.5.1/ALTovreport-2.2.2.252-sol10-all.pkg>

Opsview reports module(all) 2.2.2.252

Current administration requires that a unique instance of the

<ALTovreport> package be created. However, the maximum number of

instances of the package which may be supported at one time on the

same system has already been met.

##################

Should I erase the older one or not?

The one I have installed is ALTovreport-2.2.2.251-sol10-all.pkg

Thanks!

This is an "expected" error on Solaris as it uses an older version of
Getopt::Long - we have a planned fix - see:

Actually, this was fixed for ALTovperl build 270 so you should already have
the fix.  Hmmm
