I have done the packages so you can either pkgrm, pkgadd the ALTov packages, or just pkgadd ALTov* over the top of the old ones (the older ones are removed as part of the process)

Make sure you install the in the right order, though - ALTovbase, ALTovperl, ALTovocre, ALTovweb - you only need to do ALTovreports if the version number has changed.
