Does anyone have documentation on how to install from Sourceforge? HKP traffic 
is being denied for me.

I would perhaps suggest that the server is under heavy load with the  
release
of 10.4LTS and the many users upgrading/re-installing the new OS ?

As for trying the individual IP's I *guess* the individuals COULD be  
configured
to only respond to the aggregator in front of them...
