Strictly speaking you do not need to install the GPG key to be able to install 
from the repositories - you'll just get errors about untrusted keys for which 
you have to answer 'Yes' to.

Alternatively you could download the files directly from within the repo and 
install using dpkg

  http://downloads.opsera.com/opsview-community/latest/apt/pool/main/o/
