I'm having an SNMP problem (Opsview 3.7.2). I'm monitoring a Cisco router through a full-inspection firewall via SNMP. It turns out the firewall's protocol enforcement was breaking getbulk queries and Opsview was falling back to SNMP ver 1 queries when it didn't get a response to those ver 2c getbulk queries.
That worked but it meant it was only using Counter32 OIDs which are overflowing very frequently and causing graph droupouts. I fixed the firewall such that getbulk requests now work, but now Opsview (though it is getting ver 2c getbulk responses) seems to be stuck using Counter32 OIDs. I tried disabling SNMP for this router and then setting it up again but the graph dropouts continue. Is there some way I can force Opsview to start using the Counter64 OIDs? Thanks!
