SSL and Orion (urgent)

I have troubles installing SSL under Orion

I've followed Orions instructions:

On the first step i've got following error:

D:\Orion\docs\ssl>keytool -genkey -keyalg "RSA" -keystore keystore -storepass 123456 
-validity 360
keytool error: KeyPairGenerator not available

i've installed jce 1.2.1 but it still not working :(

How i can solve this? (make SSL work)
