Hi, if the issue directly goes to newbies. maybe it is possible to set a separate thread for newbies which will not be forwarded to list ?
then to have a sort of header explaining how to post to list. Then maybe to have a personal video ( on youtube ) which everyone will see when signing ,where all the issues concerning forum are explained , and the same video will be linked somewhere on forum.
