Hmm, well, what do OSG users do when they want a Manipulator that stops moving the scene when you stop moving the mouse? Do they make a custom Manipulator?
OK. ContinousUpdate is related to whether the frame is updated, not whether throwing is supported by the manipulators, its totally orthogonal functionality. What you are asking for is the ability to disable throwing when you release the mouse when its moving. This is reasonable. Its manipulator specific feature.
Am I missing something obvious? OSG is extremely unique in it's default choice of mouse manipulator (at least, compared to other 3D engines), and I was personally surprised to find my scene kept moving when I stopped moving the mouse.
Ooo, we must come a different era... support for throwing in a trackball has been something I've seen for over a decade. _______________________________________________ osg-users mailing list [email protected] http://openscenegraph.net/mailman/listinfo/osg-users http://www.openscenegraph.org/
