Joelle -- skipping the sign-up at the wall may reduce some of the chaos -- but CHAOS at that point is good, I think. Just having that great BUZZZZ is a wonderful expression of the energy. If you have a long enough wall, everything works out in my experience. People may not come all at once -- and that is good too. Beginning to learn the power of the Law of Two Feet. So I always do the sign up at the wall. That also seems to get a lot of side (butterfly) conversations going, and all sorts of deals about time changes and combination. Love the Chaos!

It was hard to get close enough to the wall posters to read or write. The large screen will help with the reading, so it will not be necessary for everyone to get to the wall at the start. It also takes extra time for people to go from one session to the next, just because of the distance. This will be a very exciting meeting--I worked a year with a local Girl Scout council, and loved the energy and their commitment to having everyone actively involved. Best of luck-- Joelle * * ========================================================== osl...@listserv.boisestate.edu ------------------------------ To subscribe, unsubscribe, change your options, view the archives of osl...@listserv.boisestate.edu: http://listserv.boisestate.edu/archives/oslist.html To learn about OpenSpaceEmailLists and OSLIST FAQs: http://www.openspaceworld.org/oslist * * ========================================================== osl...@listserv.boisestate.edu ------------------------------ To subscribe, unsubscribe, change your options, view the archives of osl...@listserv.boisestate.edu: http://listserv.boisestate.edu/archives/oslist.html To learn about OpenSpaceEmailLists and OSLIST FAQs: http://www.openspaceworld.org/oslist
