Hello: I have been reading a book entitled: Successful Aging. Published in 1998 by Dell Publishing, it's a great book written for the lay person. The intent of the book is to educate the public on the results of the MacArthur Foundation's study on aging.
If you are unaware of the study, I highly recommend researching it or reading the above book. The results of the decade long study squarely point to occupation as being one of keys to successful aging. There's a lot of potential for occupational therapists to take this study and run!!
