I'm sure you have time limits (which I luckily don't
have to worry much about in my current job).
I am paid per visit and no-one minds if I stay a long time, although I guess in effect it lowers my per hour pay. But I don't mind if I have something to do that I consider really important. So at least I am glad I don't have anyone dictating the length of my visits.
