Hier steht Freitext mit =C3=B6=C3=A4=C3=BC=C3=96=C3=84=C3=9C
Mit freundlichen Gru=CC=88=C3=9Fen
=C3=BC ist ein ü
=C3=9F ist ein ß
Jetzt ist die Frage wie die Codierung bei "Grüßen" zu Stande kommt :(

Kennt sonst noch jemand dieses Verhalten? Wie lässt sich das ändern?
Defaultcharset ist utf-8, Datenbank ebenfalls utf-8.
Schau mal in die Mail im Rohformat (inkl. Mailheader). Steht da
auch als Charset UTF-8 oder ISO-8859-1. Fuer mich sieht das so
aus, als ob die Mail ein Charset von ISO-8859-1 eingestellt hat,
die Signature aber UTF-8 ausgegeben wird (da hat ein Umlaut zwei
Byte, die im besten Fall seltsam im Client aussehen).
