Hallo Peter, das sollte alles in der Datei "UPGRADING" stehen, im OTRS Verzeichnis der Version die Du installieren willst, die findest Du hier:
http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/otrs-2.2.8.zip oder http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/otrs-2.2.8.tar.gz Ich würde empfehlen vorher ein Backup von allem zu machen, incl. Datenbank.
