Hi swood,
The delete modlue, like the spam module, only moves tickets to a
selected queue and sets a status. The tickets are not deleted. To
delete tickets, please use the generic agent, as this is the only way
to permanently, and cleanly, remove tickets and all references to them
in the DB.

Prompt then please how correctly to adjust the given module? Not
absolutely clearly what parameters are necessary for exposing in the top
and bottom part of adjustment of this module.

If you want to use these menu modules, the only prequisits are to activate it using the check box, and modify the string

Action=AgentTicketMove&TicketID=$Data{"TicketID"}&DestQueue=Delete

to annotate which destination queue to use. In this case you would have to have a queue called Delete

The config item is
Ticket::Frontend::MenuModule###460-Delete:

I hope this helps.
